Great way to make yoghurt at home- choose your own milk (I like Vitasoy Soy Milky light) and the strength of the yoghurt sourness (I leave mine in the yoghurt maker for 24 hours for a strong flavour).

We usually buy this at the local fruit and nuts store, but they ran out. So my husband suggested I order via Biome. Although it took a little longer to arrive that usual, it was well packed and the yoghurt we made from it turned out to be one of the best. Must be all the love.

I found this easy to use for my coconut yoghurt. I am not sure how accurate I am with working out 1/100th of the culture. Great price!!
