- SNSharolyn N.Verified BuyerI recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 stars1 month agoThe lid is brilliant!
I first saw these advertised by Biome a few months ago when they were first in stock and had been waiting for an excuse to buy one every since. It ended up being a bit of a splurge before Christmas for myself ‘just because’ but I think it will thoroughly earn it’s keep. I was straight away drawn to the pink so went with that and continue to love the boldness of it! This bowl is shallow and wide which is great for displaying salads appealingly and the matching lid is VERY practical - it makes me wonder why more bowls don’t come with lids? It’s light weight and perfect for taking salads to a friends house or just for making ahead and storing at home or keeping flies away. We regularly use the lid as a sort of platter too. I ordinarily avoid buying anything with plastic if I can help it, but I love that the company use 100% recycled plastic and these are made in Australia - a great initiative! Look forward to seeing the rectangular containers coming soon.
