Safix Coconut Fibre Scrub Pad Large

This scourer works really well for scrubbing dried, baked-on food off pans and plates. It has lasted several months, and only now is starting to shed fibres - but it is still effective. Stays usable much longer than the familiar non-scratch green plastic scourers. Don't be fooled by the green-washing company that markets a brown-coloured plastic scourer 'with coconut fibre' (as I was). This one is all coconut fibre.

I never wash dishes with anything else! This scrub ad is tough initially, but softens up as you use it. It's useful on non stick pans also, it doesn't scratch. Lasts really well. I cut this large scrub pad in half, so it lasts longer. It can be composted when it becomes too small, or bits fall off. It goes back to the earth, my kind of wash up cloth yay!

Happy with this as a replacement for a plastic scrubber. Have one in the van and one at home. Will not go back to plastic.

I’d prefer a smaller one, but at least it can be cut in two. Another brand on the market is woeful by comparison
