Redecker Honey Spoon

Such a lovely and handy product

I love having one of these honey spoons in my home. While a tad finicky to use, I see it more as an aesthetic piece in my kitchen matching the rest of my wooden utensils.

I've had one of these Redecker honey dippers for nearly 10 years now - bought in the UK and still going strong after all these years. Like everything Redecker manufacture, it is well made and stylish in that nostalgic kind of way. I keep mine in a lovely handmade clay pot, ready to drizzle some honey into herbal tea. It gets admired quite often!

Seems to be more effective than a regular spoon for drizzling or scooping honey, though not quite as effective as a V-shaped spoon. Seems best used to swirl and stir honey in drinks.

A cool idea to try to use honey easily but unfortunately a metal spoon is still better for serving out honey
