Brand story
In 1968, Louis Violet made the very first Pincinox peg. He hand cut it from a stainless steel washing machine drum and folded with pliers. This proved to be a pretty good peg, and he went on to start selling Pincinox pegs all over France.
Known for their dedication to quality, Pincinox pegs are now used by eco-minded individuals all over the world. They won't rust, heat up, break, snap or go mouldy... ever.

I love the design of the Pincinox SS pegs which are much easier to use than other wire type SS pegs. I have both types. Over time I have now replaced all of my old brittle plastic pegs.

I bought my first lot of Pincinox pegs (I believe I initially bought about 80 pegs) over 6 years ago. Every now and then one would drop through the balcony boards, or get flung into the garden, get commandeered by a child for a craft project etc etc, and it is now time to buy some more so I can hang three loads out at once! So glad to see I can still buy them. They don't get hot in the sun, and it's true that they don't warp, rust or stain. You only need two pegs for even the heaviest towels, maybe three on a heavy blanket, and they'll also hold tiny little scraps of silk without slipping off. Don't hesitate to buy these, I've gone through more peg baskets than I have pegs in the last six years and they still look brand new!

Love, love, love these pegs! Yes, they are only pegs and they aren't the cheapest around, but guaranteed they are fantastic. They're the perfect size, not bulky like some other stainless steel pegs and they don't rust. I bought five pegs, as a trial, a few years ago and they still look and feel brand new.

This is the second bag I’ve purchased. Great quality and hold the thinnest of clothing on the line, even in strong windy conditions. Also have wire steel pegs but nowhere near as good.
