Outer: 95% Organic Cotton with 5% Spandex. Inner: Organic cotton with 80% Polyester / 20% Polyamide towelling inner.

Pre-Wash Before First Wear: Make sure to pre-wash the training pants as directed below to activate their absorption powers before the first wear.

Remove any solids: Drop poo in the loo.

Next: Simply throw in the washing machine at 40C-60C degrees with mild detergent. Do not add bleach.

Last: Line dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry.
