Before first use - Gently pull the bottle nipple in all directions and carefully inspect it for any signs of weakness or damage.
Always sterilize new bottle nipples before first use.

Replacement - Check bottle nipples regularly, replacing them every 4-8 weeks or at the first sign of damage or weakness.

Cleaning - Natural Rubber Latex bottle nipples can be sterilized via the scalding method:
Place nipples in a clean bowl and pour enough boiling water to cover them completely.
Let them soak for approximately 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the nipples and place them on a clean towel to air dry.
Squeeze out any excess water from the nipple valve.
