To use, place cleaner on tongue as far back as comfortable and gently glide forward, 'scraping' off unwanted matter. Repeat 3 or 4 times. Rinse well each time you scrape it over your tongue. Use daily for best results.

Make sure tongue cleaner is fully dry before storing in bag.

    Nifty llittle device

    When I read that tongue scrapers can prevent even more bacteria entering your system I went straight to Biome. I feel fresher every time I brush and this scraper is very cute and comes with its own canvas draw string bag for travel.

    Biome copper tongue cleaner and bag

    It seems to be working well. I haven't used a tongue cleaner before so I cant compare it to a like product, butnthis one suits me fine. The bag it comes with is very useful to keep it clean and dry.
