For example, we don't see the need to mine and ship Himalayan Rock Salt from Pakistan or Magnesium flakes from Tibet when we have abundant sustainable salts in Australia, such as Murray River Pink Salt, Tasman Sea Salt, and Amazing Oils Magnesium. Using local salt with low food miles means we can minimise the greenhouse gas emissions.
