In Brisbane, we have a store in Paddington and an Outlet/Mini Store in Milton, plus our online warehouse in Milton.

On the Gold Coast we have one store at Southport.

In Melbourne, we have one store at Burwood Brickworks in Burwood East.

Stock availability in store

Our stores can not hold the 6000 products we offer online! You can now check stock availability on every product page.

Please remember that while we may not have your exact product, we have many alternatives in store. If you are making a special trip, please call the store to put your item aside - just in case our inventory is incorrect or it sells before you get there!

Returns to store

Items purchased in store: please return to the store.

Online purchases: stores can not give a refund on the spot.  They can accept the items to be sent back to our online team, who will process the refund in 5 to 7 days.

We offer 45 day returns for change of mind, with some exceptions for some types of products - please also see our RETURNS INFO HERE >

Can I BYO containers to refill in store?

The containers must be spotlessly clean and given to our team to fill for you.

Recycling in store & by post

All containers must be cleaned out and separated into the various types of product, especially all toothbrushes and toothpaste in one bag, and all beauty/cosmetics packaging in another. Our team are not able to touch the items.

Please do not bring in any PET plastic bottles such as shampoo or liquid soap, as these can be placed in your household recycling bin.  Find out here everything you can bring in to our stores or post to us >

    This location is primarily our warehouse and order processing center. However, there are Click & Collect and Shop the Showroom services available.

    Shop the Showroom: means there is limited browsing, and we will bring the items out for you to look at. Please browse online beforehand and have an idea of the products you are interested in.
