Healthy Home Made Ice Blocks Recipe
Ingredients:
2 fresh mangoes
Juice and zest of one lime
½ cup canned coconut milk (or Ulu Hye Almond Mylk)
½ cup cauliflower raw florets, roughly chopped
¼ tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp vanilla - powder, extract or essence
1-2 tbsp rice malt syrup, honey or maple syrup (optional)
Method:
Place all of your ingredients into a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
Adjust the sweetener to suit depending upon how ripe and sweet the mangoes are.
Pour into ice block moulds and freeze until solid.
