Oxygen bleach, or 100% Sodium Percarbonate, can be used in the washing machine, as a pre-soak, plus general household cleaning. It acts a disinfectant on most germs found around the home and is excellent for cleaning and removing organic stains from fabrics, plastics, fibreglass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, carpets, asphalt, concrete and more.

Oxygen bleach can be used for deodorising and stain removal and it won't leave any nasty by-products or residues and won't weaken fabrics like a chlorine bleach.

It is environmentally safe and biodegradable.

Note regarding viruses: the effectiveness depends on the hydrogen peroxide content of the solution you use and the contact time on the surface. We are not making an anti-viral claim.

Sodium percarbonate is an addition compound of hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate. The white crystalline sodium percarbonate powder needs to break down and dissolve in water to release hydrogen peroxide. Hot water is best to make this happen quickly and thoroughly.

How to use:

Only mix into a paste or spray solution immediately prior to using. Do not store, especially not in a sealed container.

The chemical reaction continues to release oxygen gas bubbles which can explode the container.

Once the sodium percarbonate converts into hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate, and the hydrogen peroxide is exposed to air, it starts to react to form water and oxygen (roughly 30 days).
