Around 10 years ago in Wellington, New Zealand, a group of people wanted cheese. Not just any cheese, the bitey, rich flavourful cheese that only seemed to be available at farmer's markets. So, they made some, and found it to be extremely rewarding.

Wanting to share this pleasure with the rest of the world, they sought ways to simplify the process and make it accessible for all sorts of people. And so, Mad Millie was born.
